INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium sweet red apple (washed with peel)
- ¼ - ½ cup vanilla almond milk
- ¼ cup oats
- ½ cup chopped frozen banana
- 2 scoops Apple+Cucumber flavored Great Lakes Collagen
- 1 tsp pure vanilla
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Core the apple, leaving the skin on. Cut the apple pieces into 1-inch chunks.
- In a blender add almond milk, oat, apple, banana, vanilla, cinnamon and Apple+Cucumber flavored Collagen.
- Blend until smooth.
- To make a thicker smoothie add a handful of ice and blend. Add more ice until desired consistency. If a thinner smoothie is desired add more milk.
