I really enjoy this gelatin. I make jello style gelatin and eat it for an after dinner snack. I use water and add a little sweetener, but you can use juices or whatever you want. Great protein amount and amino acids. Good source of collagen. I get this brand because it's pasture raised, kosher, and grass-fed which is super important. The brand has a good reputation. Beef Gelatin has worked like a miracle for me. I was to the point I was going to have to get a lift chair. I couldn't go up or down stairs without pulling myself up with the banister. I couldn't get up from a low stool. After 3 months I need NO help getting up or down stairs. I don't need a lift chair in fact I can now get out of a chair with my hands full.
